Fees and Payment Terms

The fees for our services will be agreed upon with the client before the commencement of any work. Our fees are based on the complexity and size of the property and the type of survey required. Payment for our services is due within 1 days from the date of invoice.

Survey Process

The survey process will include a visual inspection of the property and any relevant systems and services. The client will be required to provide access to the property on the agreed date and time, and to allow us to take all necessary measurements and photos.

Reports

Our reports will be delivered to the client in electronic format within 1 day after full payment is received after completion of the survey. The report will include a detailed description of the condition of the property and any recommendations for further action.

Liability

Exact Home Surveys Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the client as a result of our services, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Social Media

Exact Home Surveys Ltd reserves the right to use images and videos from the survey without disclosing any confidentiality around address, home owner and official survey report.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
